FRS type high speed copper wire drawing oil

FRS type is the latest product jointly developed by our company with the strong support of professional metalworking fluid service providers from Europe. It can meet the comprehensive requirements of copper drawing process. In the emulsion prepared with water, the chemical components of various properties are balanced, taking into account the lubricity, cleaning, cooling, wettability, defoaming, copper powder separability and oxidation stability.

JN-861 high-speed copper wire drawing oil

This product is mainly made of low-viscosity refined mineral oil as base oil and added with a variety of additives. With its excellent quality and good economy, this product is welcomed by the majority of users and has become the preferred wire drawing product in the enamelled wire and cable industry.

JN-866 high-speed aluminum drawing oil (pure oil type)

Mingyue brand aluminum wire drawing oil is specially prepared for modern aluminum wire and aluminum alloy wire drawing equipment. Its main performance can not only meet the basic requirements of lubrication and cooling required in the drawing process, but also prevent the oxidation of aluminum in the drawing process, reduce friction and improve cooling efficiency, which is very effective for improving product quality and production efficiency.

JN-867 high-speed aluminum drawing oil

This product is compounded with high viscosity lubricating oil as base oil and a variety of additives. It has excellent anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-rust properties. FR-5 copper antioxidant

It is refined by introducing imported anti-oxygen materials and adding various ingredients such as cleaning and cooling. It has good anti-oxidation effect on copper wire during annealing.

FR-6 copper anti-oxidant very fire agent

This product is a semi-formed antioxidant, which is suitable for copper continuous drawing and annealing unit. It can keep the surface of annealed copper wire bright and clean without affecting the subsequent plastic sealing operation.

FR-4 aluminum continuous casting and rolling mill emulsion

This product is a new generation product jointly developed with metalworking fluid service providers. It is a semi synthetic lotion specially designed for the production requirements of aluminum continuous casting and rolling mill. It shows excellent cooling performance and lotion stability at high temperatures above 580 ℃.

820-1 copper clad aluminum drawing lubricant

820-1 lubricating oil is a non-volatile viscous liquid with medium molecular weight and stable chemical properties. It is refined by using new nano materials and base oil and adding antioxidants, preservatives, antifriction agents and other additives. After volatilization or thermal decomposition at high temperature, it will not form residues, which is used for the production of copper clad aluminum bus.

FR-2 copper continuous casting and rolling emulsion

This product is a new generation of copper continuous casting and rolling mill lotion developed jointly with foreign metalworking fluid manufacturers on the basis of the original product, and compounded by adding organic molybdenum additives, synthetic esters and new nano compression poles. It is a new type of high-temperature resistant lubrication lotion for copper continuous casting and rolling.

FR-3 copper cold rolling mill emulsion

The main ingredients of this product are refined mineral oil, oily agents, extreme pressure agents, lubricants, surfactants, and antioxidants which are prepared by scientific methods.
