This product is a new generation product jointly developed with metalworking fluid service providers. It is a semi synthetic lotion specially designed for the production requirements of aluminum continuous casting and rolling mill. It shows excellent cooling performance and lotion stability at high temperatures above 580 ℃.

　　Applicable to all types of aluminum continuous casting and rolling mills.

2. Features

　　1. Excellent lubrication performance can significantly improve the brightness of aluminum rods and extend the life of rolling mill bearings and rolling rods

　　2. The cooling effect is good, and it can withstand the aluminum rod inlet temperature of 580°C and the rod outlet temperature of 380°C. The aluminum rod is bright and does not change color after wheeling.

　　3. The emulsion is stable, does not delaminate and does not deteriorate.
